Incorporating skits, puppets, gospel illusion, music, drama, and of course, the seed/power of God's Word into an hour of enriching, meaningful learning about God for children 4 to 11 years of age. Power Hour is held upstairs in the Power Hour Room every first and third Sunday of each month during second hour (10:30 to 11:30).

From annual to semi-annual musicals, dowel rod drama, sign language, and the latest music, the FPC Children's Music Department is equipped to minister to and through children ages 6 to 11. In preparation for special presentations, the FPC Kid's Choir meets on the second and fourth Sundays of each month for scheduled practices. During the month of June, children from the church and community gather for the annual Summer Musical Workshop for an extensive week of fun, games, drama, storytime, singing, arts and crafts in preparation for a full-blown musical to be performed on the weekend.
