We are heading into the last half of 2008 and still having revival under the leadership of Pastor Christopher Craft. January 15 was his first pastoral anniversary. Under his and Bishop T.L. Craft's direction, First Pentecostal Church has experienced unbelievable growth. The months of March, April, May, and June were dedicated to revival with Evangelist Cody Marks and culminated at Freedom Fest 2008.
For our visitors, we built this church with you in mind! First Pentecostal Church has a rich history, tracing its roots back to the initial outpouring of the Holy Ghost on the Day of Pentecost over 2000 years ago. This particular Pentecostal church is celebrating 46 years of reaching out to our world, in our church family, our local community, and internationally. We want to affect our world with the gospel of Jesus Christ!
The ministries of the First Pentecostal Church of Jackson are geared toward individuals and families, regardless of culture, race, or age. The promise of the Holy Ghost is "unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call."(Acts 2:39)
